B2 Audio USA Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
B2 Audio products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized B2 Audio USA dealers or directly from B2AudioUSA.com.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation, abuse, or misuse
- Operation beyond rated specifications (including clipping/overpowering)
- Burnt voice coils or thermal failure
- Exposure to moisture, heat, UV, or other environmental factors
- Shipping damage due to poor packaging
- Products with altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
2. Warranty Period
- All new B2 Audio amplifiers, subwoofers, speakers, and processors carry a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.
- Refurbished, “B-Stock,” or discontinued items sold as clearance carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty is non-transferable and valid only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
3. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact B2 Audio USA Customer Service at [email protected] or (730) 222-8346 / (730) B2-AUDIO to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Form).
- Ship the product, prepaid and securely packaged, to the address provided. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Include a dated proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) from an authorized dealer or B2AudioUSA.com.
Note: Items returned without an RMA form or valid proof of purchase will not be processed.
4. Shipping
- The customer is responsible for shipping the product to B2 Audio USA.
- If the warranty claim is approved, B2 Audio USA will cover return shipping within the continental United States.
- For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international customers, both directions of shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Service Options
At its sole discretion, B2 Audio USA may:
- Repair the defective product,
- Replace it with a new or equivalent model, or
- Provide a store credit toward a future purchase if the product is discontinued.
Replacement units may have cosmetic differences, and discontinued products may be replaced with the closest equivalent model available.
6. Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, or improper installation
- Costs related to removal, reinstallation, or diagnostics
- Incidental or consequential damages (such as vehicle damage, loss of use, or hearing damage)
To the extent permitted by law, B2 Audio USA’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products.
7. Out-of-Warranty Repairs (Non-Amplifier Products)
Products such as subwoofers, speakers, and processors that are outside the warranty period may be eligible for paid repair or replacement options. Please contact B2 Audio USA for available solutions. Repaired items carry a 30-day service warranty.
8. Amplifier Repairs (In-Warranty & Out-of-Warranty)
All amplifier repairs must follow the RMA process. Customers are required to open an RMA using our official RMA form before sending in an amplifier for service. If you purchased an extended warranty through CPS, you must notify us when submitting your RMA.
If you ship your amp in without completing an RMA form, your amp will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Shipping to Repair Centers
- All B2 Audio amplifiers (except Rage Micro models) must be shipped to our primary repair facility:
Repair Center Address:
2223 SW Pondview Dr.
Topeka, KS 66614
- Rage Micro amplifiers (B2-RAGE-MI-800.4 and B2-RAGE-MI-1000) should be shipped to:
Alternate Repair Center Address:
2001 NW 1st Ave
Ocala, FL 34475
- The customer is responsible for shipping the amplifier to the appropriate repair center.
- Packages must be securely packaged to avoid shipping damage.
Diagnosis Timeline
- Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt of your amplifier for diagnosis only.
- These 5 days cover evaluation of whether the amplifier is repairable, not the repair itself.
In-Warranty Amplifier Repairs
- If the amplifier is determined to have failed under normal use within the 1-year warranty period and is repairable, B2 Audio USA will cover return shipping to the customer within the continental U.S.
- If the amplifier is determined to be abused, misused, or otherwise excluded from warranty coverage, repair may still be offered at the customer’s expense.
Out-of-Warranty Amplifier Repairs
- Amplifiers outside of the 1-year warranty period may still be eligible for paid repair.
- A $80 non-refundable diagnostic/bench fee applies. This covers evaluation and is required before any repair quote is provided.
- Once the diagnosis is complete, we will provide a repair quote. The customer may choose to:
- Proceed with the repair at the quoted cost,
- Have the amplifier returned (customer pays return shipping), or
- Request disposal of the amplifier.
- If an amplifier is deemed unrepairable (such as catastrophic board failure or irreparable damage), the customer may still elect to have it returned at their expense or disposed of at no cost.
Repaired amplifiers carry a 30-day service warranty from the date of completion.

Optional CPS Accidental Coverage (Add-On)
B2 Audio USA no longer uses CPS to cover warranty claims by default. However, for added peace of mind, customers may purchase an optional 2-Year CPS Accidental Coverage plan at checkout. This plan is administered by Consumer Priority Service (CPS) and works alongside our standard B2 Audio USA warranty to cover many incidents that are normally excluded (e.g., accidental damage).
What CPS Accidental Coverage Can Cover
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, punctures, spills, physical impact)
- Manufacturing defects, electrical malfunctions, and component failures (per CPS terms)
Note: Coverage specifics are determined by CPS and may vary by plan. Always review CPS terms during purchase/registration.
Registering Your CPS Plan
After you receive your order, follow the instructions provided to register your CPS plan online. Registration is required to activate coverage.
Using Your CPS Plan
- CPS plans can typically be utilized 30 days after registration.
- If you experience an issue during your CPS coverage period, contact CPS per their instructions. Our support team can also help point you in the right direction.
Key Terms & Conditions (Summary)
- Term: 2 years from the date of purchase (plan must be registered).
- Accidental damage is covered under CPS (subject to CPS eligibility and exclusions).
- Coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase may be required when filing a claim.
- CPS determines claim eligibility per its policy. B2 Audio USA is not the plan administrator.
Important Product Note: Tweeters and compression drivers are not sold with a CPS plan. Replacement diaphragms are available for purchase.
