How to Track Your Order at B2 Audio
At B2 Audio, we want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience from start to finish. Once you’ve placed your order, tracking its progress is simple. Here’s how you can keep tabs on your purchase:
1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
2. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to track the package’s journey to your doorstep.
3. Track Your Order Online
In addition to email updates, you can track your order directly from our website. Here’s how:
Go to our website and click on “My Account” located in the top-right corner of the page.
Log in to your account. If you haven’t created one yet, you can do so using the same email address used for your order.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your order history.
Click on the button that says “Check Your Order Status” next to your order.
You will be prompted to enter your email. After that, a 6-digit code will be emailed to you.
Enter the code to view all of your orders and their current status.
Select the order you want to track to view its detailed tracking information.
That’s it! Now you can easily follow your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it reaches your door.
