B2 Audio USA ships internationally to all destinations supported by our available shipping carriers.
International Shipping Rates
International shipping is not free. During checkout, you may be able to choose from available FedEx, UPS, or USPS shipping services. Available carriers and rates depend on the destination, package size, package weight, and products ordered.
Our free shipping promotion on qualifying orders of $100 or more applies only to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. It does not apply to international shipments.
Import Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are generally the customer’s responsibility.
If duties or taxes were collected during checkout, they will appear on your order invoice. When these charges have already been paid at checkout, you should not be required to pay the same duties or taxes again when the package arrives.
If duties and taxes do not appear on your invoice, the destination country or shipping carrier may collect them before or at the time of delivery. B2 Audio USA does not control these charges or determine the amount.
Refused International Packages
Customers are responsible for accepting their shipment and paying any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or shipping carrier.
If an international package is refused or abandoned because the customer does not pay the required import charges, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Additional Shipping Charges
International shipping prices calculated during checkout are estimates based on the information available when the order is placed. Occasionally, the final package weight, dimensions, destination requirements, or carrier charges may cause the actual shipping cost to be higher than the amount collected at checkout.
If additional shipping payment is required, B2 Audio USA will contact you before shipping the order. The order may be held until the additional shipping charge has been paid.
