Troubleshooting Login Issues on Your B2 Audio Account

1. Logging In Without a Password

  • No need to remember a password! On the login page, simply enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Check your inbox for a login code (if you don’t see it in a few minutes, check your spam folder).
  • Enter the code to access your account quickly and securely.

2. Double-Check Your Email Address

  • Ensure you're using the correct email address—the same one you used when creating the account.
  • Verify there are no typos (caps lock, extra spaces, etc.) in the email address you entered.

3. No Account Found with Your Email?

  • If you see a message like “No account found,” confirm you’re using the right email address from registration.
  • If you’re confident you registered, try re-entering your email, or create a new account with the same email.
  • Alternatively, your purchase may have been made as a guest, so try signing up with that email.

4. Not Receiving the Login Code Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm the email address entered is correct and that you're checking the right inbox.
  • Add our email, [email protected], to your contact list to help ensure delivery.
  • If it still doesn’t arrive, try requesting the code again after a few minutes.

5. Browser or Device Issues? Try Clearing Cache or Switching Browsers

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies (consult your browser’s help menu for instructions).
  • Try logging in from a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
  • Use an incognito/private browsing window to bypass potential extension issues.
  • If on a mobile device, try switching to a desktop or vice versa.

6. Locked Out After Multiple Failed Attempts?

  • Wait 15 minutes and request a new code to try again.
